It is very important to have quality trees that fit our animals back, most pack saddle trees are very poorly shaped and so they sore backs. To solve this dilema experienced saddle tree makers were conferred and studied with while building and trying our own trees and fitting them to several different mules and horses. We have produced two pack saddle trees, one that fits horses and one that fits mules. These trees can be custom measured to fit your horse or mule.

1. Hand forged irons with sawbuck ears for hanging panniers, or hoops for sling loads

2. Mule tree has flatter bars

3. Horse tree has more rock in bars, both trees are shaped well for whithers

4. Douglas fur wood used for bars

5. Each tree is hand shaped and treated with Marine Varnish

6. 4.5 inch gullet inder front hoop, 6.5 inch at front of tree, 15% twist in bars
